How can I get hired at M.A.C. Cosmetics?

I currently work in a salon and I have a cosmetology license, but we all know that cosmetology schools don't teach you what you need to know to work in the real world. anyway I have always wanted to work for M.A.C. I know its not easy. But does anyone know what they look for the most in a new artist? and does anyone recommend classes to take that will help my skills so can get hired there? any tips are welcome thanks!!!

Just try applying and make sure you wear M.A.C makeup for the interview. Hope that helps

mac has their own way to teach how to apply makeup .. I really think that basic makeup skills is all you need.. watch. xspakage on youtube. she used to work for mac
