Eyeliner-

When i apply eyeliner it literally comes(or runs) off.
The liquid, the crayon,
How can i stop this.

EyeShadow-

It forms a black line in the middle of my lid, like it all clumped together.
I tried applying less, blending.
Nothing worked.
I was thinking it was because the part of my eye (under the eyebrow) hangs low, but my moms does to and it doesn't really happen to her.
How can i fix this, :(

Under Eye Bags-

THEY WON'T COVER :O
D:
Makeup won't do anything, they are so black. Im only 15! -.-
The bone right there is really high and so it sinks in, is this why?
What can i do to fix it!

Thanks so much!
Please help me!

E.L.F is really good for how cheap it is! I like pretty much all of their products, but I don't recommend their liquid eyeliner. It comes off really quick. If you want a cheap liquid eyeliner, I recommend N.Y.C.

For your eyeshadow problem, use primer or put some foundation on your eyelids before you apply. Primer works best though. My favorite primer is Too Faced's Shadow Insurance. It's about $18 &you order it online or get it inside Sephora which is located in JCPenny. If you want a drugstore one, I think it's Loreal actually came out with one a few months ago I bought, it's in a little jar. It says its for your whole face, but it doesn't really do anything but act as a normal eyeshadow primer. It's like $10 but you can usually find a coupon for Loreal. It works okay.

Also you may need to try new eye shadow. As mentioned Ubran Decay works nicely as do other brands like Mac, Coastal Scents, ect. But since you mentioned ELF, I'm going to assume you're not planning to spend a lot of money on makeup lol. (Although Coastal Scents is probably the best of deals for eyeshadow)

The best drug store eye shadows are actually Wet N Wild in my opinion. Wet N Wild use to SUCK, but now they're really good and SUPER SUPER cheap. Like $3 for a eye shadow quad.

Under Eye Bags, you're probably not using a good brand for conclear or not putting conclear on/correctly. If you're not sure if you're putting it on right, look on youtube for how to. You should also look into creams for bags. I suggest Lumene. CVS sells little jars of their cream. Usually up front on the counter. It's like trial size. I suggest you give it a try! You just put it on in the morning. It worked for me. :)

Hope this helps! :)

Eyeliner:

Revlon makes a eyeliner that is called "colorstay eyeliner" and it works really good. I would suggest purchasing a eyeliner along those lines that talk about staying power. ALSO, the biggest advice is to use a black eyeshadow. Take a small brush that you will be able to pat along the eyeliner (this can be used on waterline and on top of lip). Put the black eyeshadow all on top of where you put eyeliner and it will help it not only become very black but also help it stay in place for a long time!

Eyeshadow:

It could very well be something on your eye causing this. My eyes hang to where the color comes off in the crease no matter what i do. BUT incase it is not this, you can try using a eyeshadow primer which will help even out the eyeshadows, cause no creasing, and help the colors be more colorful. You can buy one at the store or you can just use a concealer and pat it onto your eye and then apply the eyeshadows This is what i do and it seems to work well :)

Under eye:

Try using a bright highlight color under your eyes this will cancel out some of the bags. Also, there are products in stores that can help to reduce the bags i would look for them. Concealer can also be your best friend. I would try to find the most heaviest coverage concealer you can find and try that!

Hope i helped :)

Eyeliner - Try finding a make-up primer to put on your eyelids. Most stores that carry make-up carry make-up primer. You just put it on your eyes before you put your eye make-up on, and it helps it to stick. If it still runs, try using waterproof. Waterproof liquid eyeliner works best for me.

Eye shadow - Make-up primer should help this as well. Loose powder also works best for me, as it's not hard and chunky. It'll go on more smooth.

Under eye bags - Find a concealer made especially for under the eye, and better yet, under the eye dark circles. Put a little on your ring finger and pat it on to your eye, not wipe. Make sure to get the sides of your nose, as there is a little shadow there that most people forget. Pat on one or two layers of this concealer, then cover with foundation. Make-up primer will also help keep the concealer in place. Also, the best way to get rid of dark circles and bags is to get PLENTY of sleep! Good luck.

Eyeliner-

Use Wet N' Wild Gel eyeliner, it will stay on ALL day, through sweat, heat, water, whatever(: and it's super easy to apply.

Eyeshadow-

Eyelid primer!!!!!!! :) Try Urban Decay primer potion, two faced shadow insurance, or ELF eyelid primer(:

Under Eye Bags-

Use a stick concealer, just not liquid. Liquid concealer for undereyes are harder to cover. Creamier substances are better coverage(: ALSO use powder to set it to make it stay on allllllllllllllll day(:

GOOD LUCKKKKK! :)

EYELINER- This never happens to me,mabey your not using a good eyeliner? I think you should get one from URBAN DECAY, or Estay Lauder it stays on the whole day!(:

EYESHADOW- I LOVE eyeshadow use it everyday.(: But I noticed this happenedd to me allot untilll I tried URBAN DECAY EYE SHADOW PRIMER, works magic no lie,Haa, I'm lazy in the morning befor I go to school, So I tried to apply it at night and sleep in it and it worked, and it stays on the whole school day, without creasing(: So about, almost 20 hours it would stay on without creasing. Serioulsy get it, it works SOOOOO good!

UNDEREYEBAGS- Uhmm, I don't have them really bad but I just use a concealer 2 shades lighter than my skin tone? That works for me, but I'm not sure for everyone else? Just try it?
