well, it depends of the intensity of the darkness of the eye and the foundation the make-up artist is using. In big awards and premieres, make-up artists usually use a stick like those from Stila, Max Factor and Maybelline, and they softend it with some moisturizes or a liquid one like those of Revlon's (the favorite of many artists like Leslie Lightfoot) and they use neither a liquid foundation or a panstick (for more coverage) Thank you

It'll def range, of course, but I've read in Allure, In Style, etc. that actresses and make-up artists LOVE the one marketed by Yves St Laurent. It's called Touche Eclat. It's pricey ($36), but I saw Revlon carrying its own version of this popular concealer.
