What Are Some Cheap/Good Quality Drugstore EyeShadow Primers, and Eyeshadow Primer Alternatives?

I'm on a pretty tight budget, so I'm looking to get some bang for my buck. I'm looking for some cheap eyeshadow primers that I could get at drugtores like CVS, Walgreens, or even Wal-Mart and Target. Something that works well (for the price), like a shade stick/pencil, cream eyeshadow, concealer, etc.

I see that you are looking for a PRIMER not an eyeshadow. I've heard from many women that concealer, foundation, or Monistat Chafing Relief Gel. I know that the last one may sound weird, but it really works. Many, many women use it as a makeup primer and say that it works just as well as many primers on the market. I've never tried a makeup primer but I have used the Monistat Chafing Gel as primer and it works perfectly fine plus it's a lot cheaper than makeup primers.

If you want you can do a bit of research and you will find tons of information about how it works and how to use it.

I know your on a buget, but the best eyeshadow primer and an eyeshadow in one would be M.A.C paints or paint pots.



I have oily skin and my eyeshadow would alway do a disappearing act. I started using MAC and it is wonderful. Try It!

I really like Jane cosmetics, and ELF ( ELF stuff is $1 each) Target, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens carries them both.

if you love buying off ebay.com then i'd say search for the 120 eyeshadow palette. You can get it for as low as 17 bucks with free shipping and it can last you for years.

Target has lots of eye make up! Wet'n'wild is normally cheap, but works good ;)

Once I got a pallete at Target that had nine different colors and it was only five bucks!!! (it's Wet'n'Wild)
