What is the best eye liner brand for smoky black eyes?

I want smoky black eyes that stay like that! And non expensive ones... also, another brand or model of black eyeliner that are really strong (so that hey look real black in photos, like the stars'?)

I use : Clinique quickliner for eyes

in color 07 Really Black

it has the smudge-ing end

and also you dont have to sharpen it since its the twist kind.

Its like 16 bucks I think, and really works...



Also you can try MAC eye shadow in "black tied" and use an angled wet brush and brush it on, sometimes that helps with a smokey look...and keeping it in place

Dior kohl pencil in waterproof is AMAZING! think it's about £13 but there is a smudger on the other end and comes witha pencil sharpener, it is also much bigger than the cheaper 1s, plus it will not budge! it's really soft too so won't drag the sensitive skin there. I'm a make-up artist & it's the 1 I use

if you had to pik 3 things you had to buy in a department store for mor money it would be eyliner, concealer, and foundation. MAC fluidline is amzing, benefit eye kohl is great and has a smudger and a LONG pencil, last forever, bobbi brown long wear gel eyeliner, MAC power point pencils, and urban decay 24-7 waterproof eye liner pencils.are all great.
