Question:
How can I create smokey eyes with dark circles?
?

I naturally have deep purple under eye circles like this:

And no matter what I do to try and cover them up, you can still faintly see them! I even use MAC eye primer to help when using a concealer over the top, but still... no help.
For my prom I want to have smokey eyes with the use of the colours white, silver, and deep grey. I have been trying countless times, but my eyes are so dark that if it appears too dark it makes the circles more prominent! Can you give me some tips please!?
Also how high should I go with the eyeshadow, as my upper lid kind of sags down like the girl in the photo, so I'm unsure with how high the eyeshadow should go.
Please help!

You know, for blemishes and redness, people use a green tinted concealer which cancels out the redness. I'm sure that there is a concealer out there that will totally hide purple under-eye circles.

Since you seem to have hooded eyes( like they sag down and messes eye makeup, i know it's annoying), you should probably consider looking for eye makeup that doesn't remove easily, like waterproof or something. High brand isn't always the solution.

It's pretty easy and no you won't look sick or anything. It does depend on your skin color but if you want just all pink you can take a light pink like MAC's Pen N Pink (i think thats the name but I messed up my nail polish trying to get it out of my pallett but i think that's the color) and a darker pink like MAC's Passionate and I would recommend putting a darker color in the outer 'V' and work it up a little into the crease. And a darker color I mean like a black, dark brown or maybe even a dark purple. It can all look good if you know how to apply it. I am more of a neutral kind of girl but I do wear colorful looks once in awhile and I have done a pink smokey eye. It can be done, just play around with colors but while I am not the biggest fan of MAC makeup as a whole their eyeshadows are great and their employees know what they are talking about so I would honestly go to your MAC store and ask them to get the right colors and what they think will look good. And you are going to buy a few shadows get a quad pallette and then the eyeshadows already depotted. Then you always have your shadows together and the actual shadow is a couple dollars cheaper. If you don't want to get MAC just pay attention to the colors and find a cheaper alternative.

Try going to http://thatface.webs.com The website tells you how to do a perfect smokey eye and tells you how far up you should go. It also tells you eyeshadow colors for eye color... not like that was in your question, but still.
