Does mineral oil cause wrinkles?

I use baby oil, which contains mineral oil to remove my lipstick, and someone told me it causes wrinkles

NOw if you are laying in the sun with it... that's a different story.



We used to put baby oil on and lay in the sun. It was the most stupid thing to do but 25 years ago who knew...

I don't know about wrinkles, but I've heard that mineral oil is not good for the skin since it tends to clog pores, which of course leads to breakouts.
