Any eyeliner out there that doesn't smudge or run after a few hours?

My black eyeliner that I wear under my eyes always ends up smuding down by lunch time. Are there any eyeliners out there that don't do this??

Mac make-up has one. It goes on nice and smooth..no clumps or spotty marks. Just a smooth line...as thin or thick as you want it. It will not come off all day. I've worn this for years. It's always the same great quality. They have several colors. Cost approx $14

Usually the more expensive brands are the best. But be reasonable. I'd go with Mary Kay because it's a great brand that is not overpriced and you get to try it before you buy it. Also, try using a slate color (very very dark gray) instead of charcoal black. This works for me.
However, no color or brand will work if your eyes aren't prepped first. You must use the correct foundation and gently blend it around your eyes. Follow with a pat of loose powder. Only then can you apply the eyeliner. The foundation/concealer/powder will "seal" the eyeliner and keep it in place longer.

Nope, in order to have it look fresh you need to touch up with a little powder and eyeliner every few hours. Otherwise it will just look old and gross. I keep powder, eyeliner blush and gloss with me wherever I go.

I like the fluidline by MAC and also the Loreal liquid eyeliner that comes in a gold container.

Mary Kay's is wonderful! We also have a oil free eyemakeup remover that removes it at the end of the day with ease! Email me or visit my website for more info!

Avon has a twistable eyeliner, it's really cheap (1.99 on sale) and it stays put better than the 30.00 ones Ive tried!

Borghese is pretty good, as is Chanel Aqua Color. They both run over 20 bucks each though.

L'Oreal, but you need to keep your hands away from your face.
