What is a good drugstore cruelty-free waterproof eyeliner pencil in the following colors:Plum, Teal, Navy Blue and Khaki Green? Also are WetnWild Idol Eyes Cream Eyeshadows worth buying?

i know its not drug store but trust me when i say this, urban decay's 24 hour glide on eye pencil is by far the best eyeliner i have ever had. it will not come off without makeup remover, it glides on so smooth and it comes in so many colors, they also recently released cream eyeshadow in a pencil too similar to their eyeliner. its not too expensive and its worth the investment, youll be hooked i swear, they are also cruelty free. hope i could help :)

Maybelline has a fantastic waterproof, automatic pencil (the kind you screw up and don't have to sharpen). I do beileve they have teal and dark blue colours, and greens. It's called Define-a-line. I do beileve that Maybelline the eyeliner is animal testing free.

Avon GLIMMERSTICKS Eye Liner Blackest Black goes on in a perfect way-not too thick or too thin-just perfect. It stays on great, and is perfect for the price. I won't buy the expensive ones anymore for sure. It did take quite awhile to get here, but I'll let that slide since I'm in Iraq I recommend this to anyone that wants a quick and perfect eye-liner job. It doesn't smudge either, just fyi.
