Photobucket.com You just become a member (very easy process, just take a minute to get basic information), get your album page and download the picture you want to fix. Once it's downloaded you go to "edit" and there is where you can do whatever you want to your picture. I can remember which tab it is but I think it's under "effects" if not try the other tabs. But there is one where you can add color to you eyes. Just play around a bit with it. You can always undo anything you have done until you get it right. I love this site for making scrapbook pages. I make the page on here and print it out and viola.......instant scrapbook! :)

go here u need to make an account but its free. its kind of like redoing all your makeup but im pretty sure u dont have to if u dont want to and you can change your eye color.

You can use certain editing programs to get the job done
