every day-twice a day, under my makeup and after i take it off. (basically any one is good when you're young, just make sure your getting the right one for your skin type.)
i drink tons of water also which keeps my skin soft and supple.(it really makes a difference)
as far as makeup, i only use chemical-free foundation and powder (bare essentials) creates a flawless complextion, and is actually good for the skin.

I use Cetaphil products religiously and follow up with Witch hazel to clean the skin. I always use a light moisturiser with SPF 15 and twice a week I use a facial scrub and a peel. And the real secret though is I drink tons of Evian. I don't know why it works it just does. If you have a smooth even complexion there's really no secret to amazing makeup. I use MAC powder foundation and the rest is all a matter of taste.

The secret to beauty is SKIN CARE. Using a good cleanser and toner in the morning and evening is the first start. Then using a treatment such as AVON's ANEW line....(which product you use depends on your specific needs). Then always follow up with a moisturizer that is for your skin type, whether your skin is oily, dry, or combination will determine the product best for you.

I have quite dry skin so i use johnsons baby oil once a week to keep it nice and mosturised! Also dont overdo the make up! always take your make up off before you go to bed. I also wash my face with hot(ish) water to open the pores then cleanse and tone, then wash it again with cold water. Top hair tip - wash ur hair with the coldest water you can stand to keep it smooth and silky!

i put honey and lemon in a bowl and mix then put it on my face 4 a while then it feels like silk and 4 your hair just use some mayo,that really works try and see ,but rinse very well
