The "best" makeup varies from person to person because everyone has different skin. For me, my skin is very oily, especially in my T-Zone. Here are the products that I found that work best for me...
1. Face Primer: Smash Box
2. Concealer: Stila
3. Foundation: Make Up Forever
Their foundation is very expensive. However, I have noticed over the years that it is very similar to Revlon Photo Ready foundation. The only downside to the Revlon is that there aren't many shades so you may have to mix two together to get the right shade for you. Two bottles of the Revlon is still less than the Make Up Forever and it will last twice as long, since you are mixing the two together.
4. Powder: Revlon Photo Ready
5. Finishing Powder: Tarte Smooth Operator
6. Eye Shadow Primer: Urban Decay
7. Eye Liners (Pencil)- Urban Decay
8. Eye Liners (Gel)- Make Up Forever and Stila
For me, the Kat Von D foundation did not work well. My skin is very oily and this foundation only added to the shine, unfortunately. As far as coral shadows, Pantone has amazing ones. They are known as the "color authority" of the year. Every year, the pick a new color for fashion, makeup, etc. Last year, in 2012, their color was a "corally" one known as Tangerine Tango.
All of the products that I mentioned can be bought at Sephora, or on their website. For the Pantone products from last year, I recommend using their site because there is a new color of the year that they are promoting. The only product that cannot be bought at Sephora are the Revlon ones. For those, any drug store should do.
Good luck! :)
