I had my perm. Eyeliner done about l2 years ago and HAS NOT FADED.. I love it, I have not had the blush or eye shadow done. It is beautiful and very attractive and no problem having to buy make up all the time and always looking good. You must find the right person and color. If you decide on eyeshadow , use a lite shade. you can always add your own on top and change the shade< a tip> Have fun with it.

I hear permanent eye makeup is pretty good and saves alot of time, I have seen it and heard good things , thats if your in to tattooing. If you decide to do the tattoing, find a really good artist, talk it over with him or her. Good luck

I know about permanent eyebrow makeup--it's tatooed on, and if they do it right it looks very natural and nice--and you never have to shape and draw in your own brows anymore!

yes it's a mistake. it will fade over time. you will end up wanting to change it instead of your eyes looking the same all the time. and your facial features will change, so as your features change the make up wont look as good as it did anymore
